If your payment doesn't go through

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe and can be declined by your card issuer for reasons outside our control — insufficient funds, an expired card, incorrect card details, your bank's fraud checks, or a spending limit on the card. No subscription is activated and you will not be charged for a declined or failed payment. If a payment is declined, please check your card details and available balance and try again, try a different card or payment method (Apple Pay / Google Pay), or contact your card issuer directly for the specific reason, as they cannot share this with us. If you believe you were charged but your access wasn't activated, please contact us via Feedback with your payment date and amount and we'll investigate.
